Blocking and reporting on VestaCreate
What blocking and reporting do on VestaCreate, when to use each, and what happens after you report someone.

Two tools for two jobs
Blocking is for you. It removes a person from your experience so you can get on with your work. Reporting is for the platform. It tells a person at VestaCreate that someone is breaking the rules or putting people at risk so they can act on the account itself.
You can do both. For anything beyond ordinary rudeness, you should.
Blocking
Block anyone who makes your work harder, and do not wait until they have earned it three times. Someone pressuring you for content you do not make, ignoring a clear no, haggling after you have set your prices, or being unpleasant in your messages can be blocked without explanation.
A blocked person loses access to you on the platform. If they return under a new account, block that one too and report it, because evading a block is itself a sign of someone worth reporting.
Do not announce blocks, do not explain them to the person, and do not feel you need to justify them to anyone. Your page is your workplace.
Reporting
Report when someone's behaviour is a problem for more than just you, or when it is serious:
- Threats of any kind, including veiled ones.
- Attempts to find or share your real identity, location or workplace.
- Sexual harassment that continues after you have said no.
- Posting or offering your paid content elsewhere.
- Underage users, or anyone asking about or offering content involving minors.
- Scams, including fake payment confirmations and phishing links.
- Impersonation of you or another creator.
- Anyone evading a block with new accounts.
When you report, include what happened, where, and when, and keep your own screenshots too. Reports are read by a person, not filtered by a machine, so a clear description helps them act quickly. You will not always be told the outcome, but every report is read and acted on where the rules have been broken.
For anything that does not fit the report form, or when you need to reach the platform about an account problem, use the support form at /support.
The same tools are there for fans. If someone impersonates you, scams your subscribers or harasses people in your comments, your fans can report them. It helps to say so once in your bio or a post so they know the option exists.
When reporting is not enough
Platform tools handle platform behaviour. If someone has threatened you, knows where you live, or has followed you offline, reporting is still worth doing, but it is not the whole response. Save evidence, tell someone you trust, and read the guide on stalkers for when and how to involve the police.
